Hello Discoverers!
The Bastei Bridge is rightly the top landmark of Saxon Switzerland and something you should see with your own eyes! And because, this is a Discovering Prague & CZ trip, you will also see some of the less visited attractions of this unique natural area!
PLAN OF THE DAY
Meeting at 8:15 by the Sixt office at the bus parking lot on the roof of the Main Train Station (Praha – Hlavní nádraží).

We will travel by a privately chartered bus. The journey to the trailhead including a service station stop takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Food
There will be opportunities to buy food and drink along the route. We will have cca 30 min picnic break at a scenic spot.
Expected arrival back to Prague is around 20:15 but a delay is possible. Don’t plan anything important after the trip!
DIFFICULTY: Medium
(13 km of walking with 300 meters of vertical gain, the route includes steep stairs and uneven surfaces)
BRING WITH YOU
You will be going abroad so you have to have a Personal ID with you, i.e. national ID card or passport!
Solid walking shoes/boots with good grip. Dress in layers according to the weather forecast for the day. Bring some energy bars etc, and water.
PRICE: 1090Kč
The price includes comfortable transport by a private bus and myself as your knowledgeable local guide.
