The notice must be in writing and must include a statement from a new customer that he/she agrees with the booked travel agreement. The original and the new customer are jointly and severally responsible for paying the price of the trip. In the event that a service that can not be transferred to the alternate (e.g. a ticket) has already been agreed with the customer, the original customer will reimburse the service in full.

4) The customer pays 100% of the agreed price if he/she does not attend the trip.
